President Report... Round 12

A reminder that ‘Team Photos’ continue to take place this Sunday 12 July at the senior club rooms. All teams need to be at the club rooms fifteen minutes before their scheduled photo time. Please see your team manager for more information.

I thank The Hon Nick Wakeling MP for attending our Player Awards Night on Sunday night 5 July and for presenting the Victoria Day Awards to:

• John Halliday (nominated by the Junior Football Club);

• Paul Waters (nominated by the Senior Football Club)

I also thank Rod Cordwell and Colleen Lockhart from the EFL for attending our Player Awards Night. Their support of us as a club has been very much appreciated.

HOSTING OF JUNIOR FINALS:

The FTG Eagles JFC will host three (3) weeks of junior finals in season 2009.  More details to follow....

We celebrated the successes of our players who so very capably and honourably represented our Club in representative football in season 2009. We congratulate Scott McGowan, Zac Clark, Michael Wheeler, Sam Goldsack and Ben Cavarra. Well done to these boys and I thank them for being such strong role models at our Club.

Presentation Day is certainly within our sights now - planning for this event is well and truly in place. More details to follow soon….

Finally, this Sunday Night Player Awards Night 12 July will be held at Pickett Reserve from 5:30 p.m.
